SHIPPING

We offer $5 flat-rate USPS Priority Shipping on all orders.

Please note: most candles will be hand-poured upon order.
Please allow 3-5 business days for candle production on top of shipping time.

Once your order has been shipped, any issues during transit must be resolved through USPS. 
We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us pictures of the broken items within 7 days of delivery, so we can make a claim with the shipping provider.
Once the claim with the shipping provider has been submitted, we will be happy to send replacements or refund the cost of the damaged items.

We will accept exchanges on your unused candle within 14 days of purchase.
 Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned unused  items.

We cannot refund or exchange used candles.
