We offer $9.00 Flat Rate USPS Priority Shipping on all orders, along with free local pickup on Moodwax Candles & Sharon Hinnendael's Heroe candle.

Please note: most candles are in stock.
Please allow 2-3 business days for candle packaging on top of shipping time.

Once your order has been shipped, any issues during transit must be resolved through USPS. 
We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us pictures of the broken items within 7 days of delivery, so we can make a claim with the shipping provider.
Once the claim with the shipping provider has been submitted, we will be happy to send replacements or refund the cost of the damaged item(s).

We cannot refund or exchange used or unused candles free of damage.
